We visited the rainforest two times. The first time we spent 2 hours with a group in the forest. The paths are in good conditions, so you donīt need special shoes. If you want to see more than the "normal" program you should book a longer hiking-tour through the forest like we did at the second time. We spent about 5 hours in the rainforest. For this tour you need hiking-shoes because the paths are not as good as those on the the 2 hours tour are. It is recommended to go with a local guide because they know which path you have to go. We booked our tours at Paradise Tours and we enjoyed them a lot.
